C5 - (Buyers) Ticketing companies with transfers disabled: What happens if the ticketing company has not enabled ticket transfers yet?

When you buy tickets through Enntra, it can happen that you do not receive them right away. This usually raises questions, but in the vast majority of cases it is completely normal.

Why don't the tickets arrive immediately?

Not every ticketing company enables ticket transfers or downloads at the moment of purchase. This depends directly on the logistics of the event organizer and the ticketing company.

Some common reasons are:

-> Sales control: Ticketing companies delay activation to control fraud or speculation.

-> Internal validations: Payment verification or seat assignment processes are still running.

-> Event timing: In many cases, tickets are released days before the event, not weeks or months in advance.

-> Event format: Some events (especially high-demand ones) use progressive releases.

So, is this normal?

Yes. Not being able to transfer or see your tickets right after buying is a common situation in the industry.

It does not mean there is a problem with your purchase.
