C4 - Alerts

When an event sells out, it doesn't always mean you won't get tickets. On Enntra, tickets are posted by other users, so new ones show up all the time. Alerts exist so you don't have to check the page every day.

What is an alert?

An alert is a notification you set up inside an event so we can let you know when new tickets are posted.

-> It's completely free

-> It doesn't commit you to buying

-> You can set one up even if the event is sold out

👉 It's the simplest way not to miss a ticket that shows up and sells within minutes.

When should you set up an alert?

-> When the event has no tickets available right now

-> When the ones available aren't in the section you're looking for

-> When the ones available are above your budget

-> When you need more tickets than the ones posted

1. Go to the event

-> Go to enntra.com

-> Search for the event you want to attend

-> Open the event page

2. Set up the alert

-> Inside the event you'll see the option to set up an alert

-> Click it and confirm

3. Tell us what you're looking for

For the alert to actually be useful, let us know what you're after:

-> The section you're interested in

-> How many tickets you need

-> How much you're willing to pay per ticket

👉 That way we only notify you when something that actually works for you shows up, instead of every time any ticket for the event is posted.

What happens when a ticket shows up?

-> We notify you as soon as one is posted that matches what you're looking for

-> You go to Enntra and buy it as usual

-> The buying process is the same as always: we validate with the seller, your payment is protected and you receive your tickets

⚠️ Important: setting an alert does not reserve the ticket for you. When we notify you, move fast — for high-demand events, tickets sell within minutes.

Keep in mind

-> You can have alerts active for several events at the same time

-> You can turn them off whenever you want from your profile

-> Setting an alert doesn't guarantee tickets will appear: that depends on someone deciding to sell

💡 Tip: set the alert as soon as you see the event is sold out, not a few days before the event. The earlier you set it, the more chances you'll get.
