At Enntra we designed the entire selling process so you can sell your tickets with peace of mind, without the risk of fraud or people failing to follow through.
1. Payment protection
-> The buyer's money is received and held by Enntra
-> We will only ask you to send the ticket once we have already received the buyer's money.
👉 This guarantees there is always financial backing behind the transaction.
2. Delivery process validation
Before any payment:
-> We confirm the buyer paid correctly
-> We tell you the email address to send the ticket to
-> Delivery of the ticket to the buyer is verified
3. Proof of delivery
For added security in the process:
-> We ask for proof that the ticket was sent (depending on the case)
-> This helps confirm the delivery was completed correctly
4. Support at every moment
Enntra acts as an intermediary between buyer and seller:
-> We guide you through the process
-> We answer questions if any issues come up
-> We stay with the transaction until it closes
